Our new German-manufactured Schmincke Horadam Aquarell Supergranulating Watercolours are not like standard watercolours! Each lightfast colour combines at least two granulating pigments from different colour families, producing dramatic surface texture and visible colour shifts as the paint dries. The effect intensifies on rough watercolour paper and varies with the amount of water used. Available in themed sets of 5 x 15ml, each focused on a specific palette, eg Tundra, Urban, Desert, and more.
