Mixing ratio – by volume 1:1
The mixing ratio must be accurately followed. It is not possible to change the ratio. This would result in lower mechanical properties and the resin not drying properly. The mixture should be thoroughly stirred (mix for 3-4 mins) to ensure full homogeneity. Epoxy systems tend to heat up much faster in a pot than as a thin film. Therefore mix only the necessary amount usable within the given pot life.

Use Dala Epoxy Resin in conjunction with sillicon moulds to make jewellery, magnets, toys and other craft items. Seal your decoupage projects onto trays, table tops, ceramics, wood and more. Can be used to coat photographs, certificates and artworks. Also works well over decoupage crackle mediums. Porous surfaces and some papers will need to be sealed first with water-based acrylic varnish or modge podge. The resin and hardener need to be mixed 50/50 in order for it to set.

You will also need: Protective rubber gloves, 2 cups for mixing the resin and hardener (flat bottoms and sides), a brush or card for spreading the epoxy, a flat mixing stick (an ice-cream stick with one end cut flat will be great for getting right into the corners of the mixing containers), and a drop sheet or protected work area in case of spills.
