Kuretake Gansai Tambi Sets

Kuretake Gansai Tambi (Gansai meaning “vibrance” and Tambi meaning “aesthetic”) are artist-quality Japanese paints that are described as watercolours, but have a very different feel and effect.
Kuretake Gansai Tambi is a traditional Japanese water-based paint. It can be used as gouache or watered down as watercolour, and is lightfast.
The colours are vibrant without being overly saturated.
While Western watercolors tend to have a stronger focus on transparency, Gansai is meant to be more opaque, especially when painted in thicker layers.

Derwent Graphitint Range

What is Graphitint? – Graphitint is the name given to a unique range of water-soluble tinted graphite that combines the drama and creativity of pencil drawings, with a hint of soft, subtle colour. Dry Graphitint produces just a suggestion of colour, but water can be added to wash out the lines and make the colour much more vibrant.
Graphitint pencils are made from water-soluble coloured graphite.
The colours are not permanent, so can be lifted and reactivated on the page- like watercolours or traditional aquarelle coloured pencils.
Use Graphitint pencils on rough and smooth surfaces. The rough surface will give you a grainier result, which you smooth out with water, whilst the smooth paper will be great for illustrations and small details.

Angelus Leather Paint Additives

Thin, soften, harden, dull, coat or finish your Angelus Leather Paint with the convenient Angelus acrylic leather paint additives. Get the best possible results without affecting the properties of the paint.

2-Thin – thinner
2-Hard – thickener
2-Soft – fabric medium
Duller – gloss reducer
Preparer and Deglazer
Acrylic finisher (Gloss or Matte).

2-Thin – thinner for when you need to thin out Angelus Leather Acrylic Paint. It keeps your shoe paint from getting a rubberized feeling on a mesh surface, and it’s great for thinning the paint for airbrush use on your customizations. For airbrush applications, we suggest using a 1 part 2-thin to 4 parts paint ratio (1:4).

2-Hard – for thickening and texturing Angelus Leather paint to customise your artwork.

2-Soft – for working on fabrics such as the sock-liner of shoes, and other soft fabrics. When heat-set properly, this Fabric Medium will help keep your fabrics nice and soft after being painted. Heat-setting is necessary with this medium.

Duller – Is for dulling the paint to make it appear more flat or matte.

Preparer and Deglazer – an all purpose shoe cleaning product that gets a shoe deglazed and ready for customizing by breaking down the original finish. This all-purpose cleaner gets shoes ready for customizing by breaking down the original finish. This Preparer and Deglazer removes grease and grime, ensuring the surface and the paint bond well.

Finishers – the paint is of such high quality that it’s not absolutely necessary to use a finisher. However, the paint will be better protected by applying a finisher.

Tamiya Acrylic Paints
