It is quite a thick glue, not as runny as the white school glue and craft glue types, but it should not be dry. It should come out with a bit of a good squeeze, if the nozzle is completely open. It is also important to always keep the glue lid closed when not in use. If it is left open for a while it would also dry out.

Hello, apologies, your comment only showed recently. Is it possible that the nozzle is just blocked? It can be opened up with a toothpick or washed out with warm water to clear out the nozzle.
